Humble Beginnings
Nate is a Florida native who grew up on the front of his grandfather’s Jon Boat in Sebastian, FL. If he wasn’t fishing he was riding in the back of The Sebastian Country Florist‘s delivery van, delivering flowers to customers – his family’s business.

Coming from a family of small business owners and entrepreneurs, Nate started selling real estate in 2007. He had early success. At just twenty years old he was a young agent and knew that if he really wanted to be a valuable asset to his customers he needed real life experience. The call to serve others and his love for the water lead him to join the USN as an Aviation Search and Rescue Swimmer.

Nate proudly served for ten years but he never forget his love for real estate and in 2018 he reactivated his license and partnered. He continues to serve his community in many ways. Today he leads The Riggs Group at Someday Homes Realty. The standard for the real estate industry in Jacksonville Beach and North East Florida.

From Corn Fields to Beaches
Originating from an Illinois farm in a quiet town, Shawna learned the value of hard work and the beauty of nature from a young age. After graduating from high school, her path led her to the Navy, where she became an aviation structural mechanic. During this chapter of her life, fate had a wonderful surprise in store and she crossed paths with her husband, a former search and rescue swimmer.
From those incredible beginnings, life’s journey led Shawna on a new adventure in the vibrant area of Jacksonville, Florida. A blended family with three wonderful children and an exciting new addition on the way, Shawna & Nate’s lives are full of joy. The Florida sunshine and water have become integral to their family’s identity and free time.
Real estate isn’t just a career for Shawna – it’s a calling. Guided by a desire to make a meaningful difference, she is dedicated to walking alongside her clients as they navigate the process of buying or selling property. “The significance of such transactions is not lost on us; they represent some of the most substantial financial investments in our clients’ lives.” Shawna’s aim is to alleviate the stress that can accompany these decisions and ensure that each step is taken with confidence.

In addition to their financial contributions, they also volunteer their time to various local organizations and events, such as food drives and neighborhood cleanups. Furthermore, they regularly donate clothes, toys, and other essentials to local shelters to help those in need.
